PEERS is a world renowned 14 week social program for Teens (13 - 18) with Autism and ADHD. Scientifically backed, this program not only teaches you how to make friends, but keep them too. Through this 14 week program (offered in person and online), you'll learn how to:
Use appropriate conversational skills
Choose appropriate friends
Appropriately use electronic forms of communication
Appropriately use humor and assess humor feedback
Start, enter, and exit conversations between peers
Organize successful get-togethers with friends
Handle arguments and disagreements with friends and in relationships
Handle rejection, teasing, bullying, and rumors/gossip
This fun, warm and engaging program is designed to take you step by step through the different social elements. With weekly in group socializing, practical roleplay and training, this course sets you up for success.
Platform: Online currently with parent / caregiver participation at the end of every session
Time: 1.5 hours weekly for 14 weeks
Class size: Up to 8 people in a cohort (space is limited)

PEERS is internationally recognized and has shown remarkable results, especially seeing the difference from Week 1 and Week 14. PEERS participants have often gone on to become friends with those who attended with them.
