Brain Beacon provides online neuroinclusive coaching programs for adults and children in Canada and globally. With over 18 years of combined leadership and neurodiversity experience, I help leaders, ADHD and Autistic individuals move from burnout and overwhelm toward confidence, clarity, and real-world independence. I provide educational content aimed at individuals as opposed to population groups, creating learning environments that are warm, engaging and supportive by offering individual coaching, executive functioning and Autism social skills programs.

Hi, I'm Christopher

I've helped hundreds of people live their best lives by providing effective solutions to everyday problems.

I am the founder and coach at Brain Beacon, a neuroinclusive organization that helps people understand how their brilliant brains work. Diagnosed at 6 years old with ADHD, I was given medication and no solutions. Throughout my childhood I struggled to understand my brain and how it worked. The struggles were real. School, work, friendships and relationships were a challenge. I had to learn the hard way and learn I did. I figured out study methods and executive function skills that helped me along the way.

A management consultant for 18 years, I was passionate about helping leaders manage their teams and organization. I identified cost effective solutions that resulted in multimillion dollar savings and managed $50M projects, but all that paled in comparison to the joy I got from helping people both professionally and personally. I followed my passion and got internationally certified as an ICF Organizational Coach, helping leaders and neurodiverse individuals lead better lives. To say this filled my cup was an understatement.

Eager to learn more, I certified in autism training and neurodiversity in the workplace, helping people manage their uniqueness (and organizations understand their employees) in the workplace. Now, I help leaders lead and neurodiverse people feel less overwhelmed and more happy in life. How? By providing solutions that work.

I enjoy hiking, fishing and exploring the outdoors with my wife and 2 daughters.
